PA-757 is better when
PA-757 is your default unless the application needs more impact (PA-747/PA-709), flame retardancy (PA-765A), heat resistance (PA-777D) or transparency (PA-758). It is the benchmark every other grade is compared against.
PA-707 is better when
Choose PA-707 when stiffness and gloss outrank impact. If the part sees drops or snap-fit stress, step up to PA-747 (high impact) or PA-757 (slightly higher flow/gloss balance).
Which should I choose, PA-757 or PA-707?
PA-757 vs PA-707: nearly identical rigidity; PA-757 is the more widely stocked export grade with marginally better flow. PA-757 vs PA-757K: PA-757K is the mainland-plant equivalent for local supply. PA-707 vs PA-757: PA-757 flows a touch easier and is the more common export grade; PA-707 trades some flow for equal rigidity at lower cost.
