PA-765A is better when
Pick PA-765A whenever halogen-free is contractually required (most EU/tech-brand specs). It is the default FR grade for eco-compliant electronics; PA-765 is the cost option when halogens are allowed.
PA-765 is better when
Choose PA-765 for general FR E&E; choose PA-765A when a halogen-free formulation is mandated, and PA-765B when you need higher flow for thin-wall FR parts.
Which should I choose, PA-765A or PA-765?
PA-765A vs PA-765: same V-0 rating, halogen-free vs standard. vs PA-765B: PA-765B flows higher for thin-wall FR. PA-765 vs PA-765A: PA-765A is halogen-free; PA-765 is the standard FR. Check the end-market green directive before choosing.
